These Terms constitute a binding contract between Customer and Little Piggies Shoes. Customer acknowledges agreement and acceptance of these Terms by making a purchase, placing an order or otherwise shopping on our Website (the "Site"). These Terms are subject to change without prior notice, except that the Terms posted on the Site at the time Customer initially places or modifies an order will govern the order in question.
All Sales made in California. THESE TERMS AND ANY SALE HEREUNDER WILL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due before shipment, and all payments will be made through PayPal. Our on-line shopping cart will route your payment through PayPal, which accepts credit cards and other forms of payment on our behalf.
We collect sales and use taxes for sales made to residents of the State of California. Additional states may be added without notice.
Order Processing and Shipping
Orders received before Noon Pacific Time Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) for in-stock items will be shipped the same day. Orders received after that for in-stock items will be shipped on the next business day. If your item is out of stock we will notify you.
Little Piggies Shoes will arrange payment for shipping with the carrier, but such costs are the responsibility of Customer. We charge for shipping for every shipment, unless a special promotion provides otherwise. All orders are shipped via the US Postal Service using Priority Mail. The cost is $8 for up to two pair of shoes, and an additional $5 for each additional quantity of one or two pair. For example, three or four pair would cost $13 for shipping, five or six pair would cost $18, and so on.
If the shoes you order donít fit, you can exchange them for another size free of all charges (including shipping) provided they are in new and resaleable (unworn) condition within 30 days of your order. (Free shipping on exchanges is limited.) To arrange for an exchange, please contact us.
Refunds will be given only on shoes returned in new, resaleable (unworn) condition within 30 days of purchase, and customer is responsible for return postage on refunds. To arrange for a refund, please contact us.
Little Piggies Shoes will not be responsible for inadvertent errors that might occur in a productís description, picture or price. However, if you are unhappy with the products you purchase from us for any reason, we will gladly refund your money in accordance with the terms described above.
